Cost and Payment:

2. Cost:

The cost for this Retreat is $1449 which includes accommodation, all meals, teaching and guided mindfulness practices, excursions and some transfers. Please see "What’s included" page for full details.

3. Early bird discount:

Early Bird discounts (discount $200 = Early Bird price $1249) are available until the 21st of June 2013 or until minimum retreat numbers are reached, whichever comes first; not available in conjunction with any further discounts. Minimum retreat number is 10.

4. Deposit requirement:

You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of AUD$250 for your booking to be confirmed. Once you have paid the deposit an invoice will be sent to you for the outstanding retreat fees. If your booking is made after the 31st of January 2013 then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

When paying by direct deposit please use your name and the word "MITO" as the reference so that we can link your registration and payment.

d. With your registration: At the bottom of your printed registration you find a payment slip, please fill in and submit with your registration.

Once the questionnaire and payment have been received your place on the program is confirmed. A receipt will be sent out to you with your welcome pack once your place is confirmed.

6. Acceptance of booking and final payments

Acceptance of your Retreat booking will be confirmed by us in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. Payment of the balance of the retreat price is due by the 31st of January 2013. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

7. Cancellation by you, the traveller

If you cancel a Retreat after making a booking you will lose some or all of the money you have paid for the Retreat. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip:
a. on or prior to the 31st of January 2013, we will retain the deposit;
b. less than 30 days prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.
If you intend to travel by plane you are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation penalties in certain circumstances. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.

8. Cancellation by us

We may cancel a Retreat at any time prior to departure, subject as set out in the Booking Terms and Conditions. We may cancel the Retreat at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel a Retreat you may choose between us applying the amounts paid toward an alternative trip or receiving a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking such as accommodation arrangements or non-refundable flights.
